Shwe Hosting မှ Customer များအနေဖြင့် မိမိတို့၏ Hosting Control Panel (cPanel) အား ပိုမို Security ပိုမြင့်၊ လုံခြုံစေရန် Two-Factor Authentication ထားရှိနိုင်ပါသည်။ Two-Factor Authentication ဆိုသည်မှာ အားပုံမှန် Username နှင့် Password သာရိုက်ထည့်ပြီး Login ဝင်နိုင်သည်ကို ပိုမိုလုံခြုံစေရန် 3rd Party Authentication Tool တစ်ခုဖြစ်သော Google Authenticator - Mobile Phone App ဖြင့် Authentication ပြုလုပ်မှ cPanel ထဲသို့ဝင်လို့ရအောင် ပြုလုပ်ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။ Enable ပြုလုပ်ရန် အောက်ပါ Step များကိုကြည့်ပါ။

Step-1

• အနေဖြင့် မိမိ၏ cPanel အကောင့်ထဲသို့ login ဝင်ရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
• Login မဝင်ရသေးပါက login ဝင်ပါ။ (Shwe Hosting ၏ Login Link အားနိပ်၍ လဲ Login ဝင်နိုင်ပါတယ်။)

Step-2

• Two-Factor Authentication ထဲသို့ဝင်ပါ။
  
• Set Up Two-Factor Authentication ကို Click နှိပ်ပါ။
  
• ပုံတွင်ဖော်ပြထားသကဲ့သို့ QR Code တစ်ခုကိုတွေ့ပါမည်။
  
• Google Authenticator App ကိုအသုံးပြုပြီး ထို QR Code ကို Scan ဖတ်ပါ။
  
• Google Authenticator ကို Android အတွက် Google Play Store ( Link) ၊ IOS အတွက် App Store ( Link) တို့တွင် အခမဲ့ရရှိနိုင်ပါတယ်။
  App Installation အား Google တွင်ဆက်ဖတ်ရန် Click here
• QR Code ကို Scan ဖတ်ပြီးပါက Google Authenticator App ထဲတွင်ပုံတွင်ပြထားသကဲ့သို့ နံပါတ် (၆) လုံးကိုတွေ့မြင်ရပါမည်။
  
• Google Authenticator App ထဲတွင်ပြထားသော နံပါတ် (၆)လုံး ကို cPanel ထဲရှိ Security Code နေရာ တွင်ထည့်ပေးပြီး၊ Configure Two-Factor Authentication ကိုနှိပ်ပေးလိုက်ပါ။
  
• အောက်ပါပုံအတိုင်းတွေ့မြင်ရလျှင် သင့်ရဲ့ cPanel မှာTwo-Factor Authentication ကို Setup လုပ်ပြီးပါပြီ။
  

Next Time Login

• Two-Factor Authentication ကို On ထားပြီး၊ cPanel ထဲသို့ Login ဝင်ရောက်ပါက Username and Password ရိုက်ပြီးလျှင် ပုံတွင်ဖော်ပြထားသကဲ့သို့ Security Code ကိုထပ်မံရိုက်ထည့်ပေးမှ သင့် Hosting Account ထဲသို့ Login ဝင်ရောက်နိုင်မှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
  
• သတိပြုရန်။   ။ အကယ်၍ သင်၏ Mobile Phone ထဲမှ Google Authenticator App အား မတော်တဆ Uninstall လုပ်မိပါက cPanel ထဲသို့ Login ဝင်လို့ရတော့မည်မဟုတ်ပါ။
  Support Team သို့ဆက်သွယ်ကာ Two-Factor Authentication အား Disable လုပ်ရန် တောင်းဆိုနိုင်ပါသည်။ (လုံခြုံရေးအရ Customer ၏ ဝယ်ယူထားသော Email မှ ဆက်သွယ်ပေးပါ။)
  **ရုံးချိန်ပြင်ပတွင် Urgent လိုပါက Support Ticket ဖွင့်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ **
